It's like this

Read, draw, write, listen.
Draw some more, read some
more. Writing like drawing,
drawing like writing. Read to
draw, listen to write, etc.

Those are the sentiments of
what feels like an unspoken
mantra pulsing behind the
day-to-day things in my life
(I’m married,I have a
school-aged daughter, I work
in publishing). It’s all very
exciting. But clearly, I need
to get my parameters out of
the house. Let them run in
the park. That’s why I’m here.

Stops me in my tracks

alternate tunings

fiction that feels like philosophy

philosophy that feels like poetry

mysteriously proportioned doors

20th-Century French literature

the texture of field recordings

leaf-canopied masonry structures

messy discographies

narrow staircases

first and last two hours of daylight

Please visit my Tumblr page, too. There, you'll find some duplications of things seen here, but that's also where I post a lot of ratty odds and ends, and reblog all kinds of work by other people. Speaking of others, here are a handful of links to some things I like:
